Chateau
ST.PAUL
AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux
"Since the acquisition of Château Saint Paul, we have undertaken major restructuring work in the vineyard and the construction of a new vat room.
All this in order to take advantage of the exceptional terroir of this château and produce a high quality wine.
I strive to make wines that respect my values, namely according to rigorous methods with a touch of originality.
Our wine offers an aromatic palette worthy of the quality of the terroir. "
A legacy from generation to generation for a hundred years.
The friendly and family atmosphere has continued over the years.
The employees have always been proud to be able to feel fully integrated and pampered within the vineyard.
A Family Vineyard
In 2017, we undertook heavy work in the vineyard.
A modernization of the premises appeared to us as obvious.
In our view, it was necessary to set up a modern, functional and sustainable winemaking system.
To do this, we have developed our cellar and our vat room by restructuring it, while preserving the existing buildings and their history.
To allow the terroir to deliver the best of its potential, we use winemaking techniques combining modernity and traditions.
In particular, we have set up new stainless steel vats which guarantee qualitative fermentation and maceration.
Since we wanted to connect our offices in this beautiful area and we continue to refine the strategic details to streamline delivery systems, harvest and many others.
